He completed his undergraduate studies from Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada in 2005. After returning to Karachi, Pakistan shortly after graduation and ultimately earned his way into Ghani & Tayub Group of Industries (G&T) where he would go on to aggressively expand into new business verticals. The first such move would come from consolidation of management at Krystalite Products Pvt Ltd which is currently the largest supplier of PET plastic pharma bottles and pharma caps in the country including clients such as GSK, Abbott, etc. Further to those Krystalite products is the largest exporter of Food grade RPET sheet to USA, Canada, etc. from Pakistan. Krystalite Products further is a leading supplier of food grade packaging in the local industry. On the heels of operational and management expertise, Samad established a trading arm in UAE by the name of Perimeter LLC which helped derisk the foreign markets and established export channels that would segue into the factory setup in 2015. Cristal Plastic Industrial has seen aggressive market growth and expansion in the UAE and onward-export markets. He continues to see further expansion through forays into food-grade packaging, post-consumer bottle recycling, PET recycling, recycling export lines to USA, Canada, Europe and other pipeline projects.
